Contact
These are the routes that reach us. Each one is a channel we actually monitor — we would rather list four real ones than a form that goes nowhere.
Security and vulnerability disclosure
Report a suspected vulnerability to security@cryptonyk.com. This address is published as the machine-readable contact in our /.well-known/security.txt, so it is the one to use for coordinated disclosure. Please do not open a public issue first.
Our security page describes what we ask for in a report.
Help and product questions
The help centre covers account setup, order entry and how simulated execution works. If you are checking whether something is broken rather than misunderstood, read status first — it reports current service availability.
Legal and policy notices
Our terms of service, privacy policy and risk disclosure are published here. Formal notices should reference the document and clause they concern.
Verifying what we publish
The trust surface exposes the deployed build, receipts, solvency and consent records, and about sets out what the platform does and does not do.
